What is Terroir?
Typically a Terroir Study at farm level, includes the compilation of digital maps of:
      The Farm Layout
      The Soils (this may also require a soil survey)
      Elevation
      Aspect
      Slope inclination
      Slope form (curvature)
      Terrain unit
      Effective day length
      Solar radiation
      Hydrological modelling
